These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of showbuild.co (the “Service”), including its website, product listings, submissions, and related services.

By using the Service, creating an account, or submitting a product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by ShowBuild (“we”, “us”, “our”) through https://showbuild.co.

What the Service is

ShowBuild is a platform for discovering, showcasing, and promoting products, projects, startups, and other online businesses. Users may submit their products or websites to be displayed publicly on ShowBuild.

A listing on ShowBuild does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, sales, rankings, or any particular business result.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Product submissions

You may only submit a product, website, project, or other property that you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

We may refuse, edit, delay, hide, or remove a submission if we believe it:

• Violates these Terms or applicable law.
• Infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights.
• Contains misleading or fraudulent information.
• Contains malware, phishing, or harmful content.
• Creates a security, legal, or reputational risk for ShowBuild.

Removal of a listing may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Your responsibilities

By submitting content to ShowBuild, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit the content.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• Your submission does not infringe another person’s rights.
• Your product or website complies with applicable laws.
• You are not impersonating another person, company, or brand.
• Your submission is not fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious.

Prohibited use

You may not use ShowBuild for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive websites.
• Content that exploits children.
• Harassment, threats, or unlawful hateful content.
• Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement.
• Unauthorized financial, medical, gambling, weapons, or other regulated activities.
• Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Scraping or automated access that places unreasonable load on the Service.
• Manipulating rankings, views, clicks, or other Service metrics.
• Reverse engineering the Service except where permitted by mandatory law.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts or remove submissions that violate these Terms.

Content and listings

When you submit content to ShowBuild, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Service. This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, subject to applicable law. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

Third-party websites

ShowBuild may contain links to third-party websites, products, platforms, or services. These third parties operate independently from ShowBuild and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices of third-party websites.

No endorsement

Being listed or featured on ShowBuild does not constitute an endorsement, certification, verification, or guarantee by ShowBuild. We do not guarantee the accuracy of claims, prices, products, companies, or results associated with a listing.

Availability and changes

We provide ShowBuild on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Service may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently changed. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShowBuild disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Service. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available.
• The Service will be error-free or secure.
• Listings will receive traffic, clicks, customers, or revenue.
• Information displayed on the Service will always be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShowBuild will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, customers, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShowBuild and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the Service, your product, website, or submission, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of ShowBuild, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you may continue to apply.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and ShowBuild regarding your use of the Service.
